Connecting an instrument using GPIB-USB connection.

I am a rusty LabView developer. I have a GPIB instrument ( Ruska 7750i ) and I am currently using a GPIB to USB convertor. 

First I am having trouble downloading the driver from the NI download site for the Ruska 7750i. I get a " network error " message.

Any help with that ?

Corporate firewall issue?  Anti-virus that doesn't like ZIP files?  Maybe add sine.ni.com to the list of trusted sites?
