Control HVA converter with ni 9263

The pin6 of HVA is signal ground,which is connected to the COM of NI-9263

In 9263, each AO channel is isolated, so you need to connect each channels' COM to HVA's GND.

In fact, I have tested and connected all the AO COMs of NI-9263 to pin6 of the HV converter, and the feedback voltage from pin4 is still 0

When connected to the HVA amp, were you able to ensure the AO output voltage is correct? sometimes if HVA is too much of a load, the voltage might be clamped.

I have tested the voltage of each pin relative to pin6 with a voltmeter, and they are all correct, except the HVA output.
The test result is as below:
