Controlling ESPEC chamber through LabVIEW via RS 232C

Hello

 I am having a ESPEC Platinous K series chamber with RS 232C connection port. I would like to control and adjust the settings in the ESPEC using a LabVIEW program. But i have seen that only GPIB and Ethernet drivers for ESPEC (http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.drv_results?p_app_area=&p_man=espec&p_keywords=&p_inst...😃

Is there a way to control the chamber throught LV using RS 232C?

Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Hi all,

Just called the compagny here in NA. They says they have there own standalone software. If you want to implement your own code in Labview using the serial port, you have to have look at this web site:

You can find all the manuals and the useful command.
