I have setup the PS using Signal Express 2010 with IVI driver. The execution step is simple which is to set the PS to 4.5V. This part executes but the supply does not turn on the PS display indicates as such but the PS never turns on. What is required to turn the PS on? I have made the step part of a Sweep triggered execution, etc. I have enabled channel 1 not 2 or 3. When I start with "run once" or "run continuous" the PS indicates the voltage I have specified but the output remains off while the rest of the steps execute.
