DAQ device question

Hello. 

I have to use DAQ device ELP-PCB-QNET-020 in connection with SCB 68 to stabilize an inverted pendulum.The data is given to the DAQ device through matlab.I have the DAQ device ,inbuilt in my PC.

Is this possible?

Has any body done this?
