Hi,
I'm using a PCI-GPIB Board with the TNT4882 chip and try to address/deaddress the unit in Turbo+9914 mode with the help of register level programming.
If the unit is addressed as listener or talker (accepts is listen or talk address) I receive an interrupt. Reading ISR0 and ISR1 shows that the bit MA is set in ISR1.
So, addressing the device works well.
The unit leaves the LADS or the TADS if it is been deaddressed (so it does if the UNT or UNL command is send over the gpib).
But there is one problem: I doesn't receive an interrupt. In my opinion the MAC Bit in ISR0 should set. But reading ISR0 shows, that it isn't set.
Is it right to test the MAC bit on deaddressing? Why it isn't set? Is there an other possibility to realize the deaddressing of the unit?
Greets
