Does USB-8451 I2C device support multi-master mode?

The manual and spec sheets say that the USB-8451 I2C works in master mode. But the beauty of the I2C bus is that it supports multiple masters. I was wondering if the device works as a multi-master? I know that I can use one of the FPGA boards to implement I2C but it is overkill.
