Drive ethernet power supply from cRIO-9045

Hello all, 

I would like to control a power supply (EA-PSI 91500-30) with my cRIO-9045 but I can't add a network device on iMAX I have this message : 

After, I tested directly with NI veristand and Instrument addon with TCP mode and the IP address of the power supply but nothing works. 

Do you have any advice for me?
