For the problem description it seems that you have downloaded the instrument driver for this Tektronics scope. If you haven�t you can look for one in
ni.com at the Developer Zone or just do a search at the top with the model number of the scope.
One thing you need to check is if the driver version that you have is for the version of LabVIEW that you have and also to check if you don�t need to upgrade any other software and if it is compatible with the OS that you have.
Probably by reinstalling the driver it would fix the problem. You can try on a different computer and see if you have the same problem.
