Driver converter from LabView to CVI

Hi there,

i´m looking for an converter from a Labview driver to an LabWin driver or a another solution for my problem.

I want to use a smu for a current close-loop-control but i only found an Labview driver.

I red something about a detour with an DLL which could be used in CVI but i dont know how it works!

Thanks  Thomas

Welcome to the forum,

You posted the question in the wrong board.

Please post in LabVIEW board or LabWindows/CVI board for more responses.

You can either call the dlls(build it from lv) using cvi or use activex.

Well, this is certainly the correct board to ask about instrument drivers.

There is an Instrument Driver Export Wizard but it's not for current versions of LabVIEW. If you have an earlier version (8.0 or 8.2.x), you can get the wizard and convert it yourself. You could click on the link there for help in converting a driver. Or, provide a link to the driver you want to convert and ask if anyone can do the conversion for you. Unfortunately, I only have 8.5 and later and can't do it.
