Ideally ALL users should be able to access the Enet ports even if they are not administrators. We have at least one thing to look at (the diagnostics), and that might very well point out the problem. So, the short term solution is to have users be in the administrator group. However, that has obvious disadvantages. Thus the long term solution is for us to fix the problem.
