Error -1073807253 occurred at VISA Read in Serial_connection.vi

Hi

I want to connect PSM1735 NumetriQ via RS232. But getting a error msg like 

Error -1073807253 occurred at VISA Read in Serial_connection.vi
Possible reason(s):

VISA:  (Hex 0xBFFF006B) A framing error occurred during transfer.

This is the first time I am trying to use a third party instrument with Labview. I attached my VI, if anybody got any solution please let me know.
