Don't know why you posted this to the instrument control board but it seems the VI is corrupt. Is this something you wrote? If so, do you keep regular backups?

You don't have the automatic save turned on and you did not get prompted to recover the VI when you started? If no, then I suspect there is only a slim chance to recover it. You might try posting the VI and see if NI can do anything to recover it.

Hi jeyanthi,

Is this VI an executable? If so, check out the KnowledgeBase article.  If not,  you could try doing a system restore backto before the file was corrupted.  I am assuming this used to work, correct?

I hope this helps!

Hi jeyanthi,

Can you see the block diagram?  I tried to load your VI and could not either.  I saw the same error.  If you can open the block diagram, by chance, try copying everything to a new VI.  Otherwise, I think you might be out of luck, unfortunately.  All I can recommend is making sure you have the autosave feature enabled and backup your code whenever possible.

I hope this helps!
