Finding problem in using PCI 6542 with examples of HSDIO

After.  8.2.1 has been in use on that machine 2-3 months now, and I installed FGEN just a couple days ago after installing the PCI-5421 and verifying it worked via MAX test panel.

No change.

As a side note, after installing FGEN, the FGEN VI's did not appear on the block diagram palatte.  I could find .mnu files in the 7.1 and 8.0 LabView directories, but not in the 8.2 directory.  Had to copy them over manually.  It was as though FGEN wasn't aware of of doesn't accomodate installation on an 8.2.x version of LabView.

Hi Mark,

Looking at your MAX report and your most recent comment:

I believe there is an incompatibility issue with the version of the FGEN driver you are using and LabVIEW 8.2.  On your system you have NI-FGEN 2.4.0 installed, but at least version 2.4.1 is needed to get direct support for LabVIEW 8.2.   The most recent version of the driver is version 2.4.5, and it can be downloaded at the following link:

NI-FGEN Version 2.4.5 for Windows 2000/Vista x64/Vista x86/XP x64/XP

Please download and install this version of the FGEN driver on the LabVIEW 8.2 system and let us know if you run into anymore problems.
