I was doing an automation using LABview and MAX(for GPIB connection). Where i do the first information request command will get ''ERR''. when i resend the same command i will get the correct answer afterwards.
I have try to figure it out as maybe the instrument need period to be ready to respond to the command but when i refresh my GPIB interface in MAX when connection timeout in the middle of operation the same thing happen again.
the Attachment is the MAX communicator shows the first 'HIT'( reply from instrument, ERR)and the second command and reply from instrument, 2802ML.
The 'GID\n' was identity request command.
