GNURadio with USRP-2944R

I have a USRP-2944R which I would like to initially work with GNURadio. I created a blcok diagram with the "UHD:USRP Source" block but don't know how to get it to address the 2944R over PCIe interface. Specifically what do I use for "Device Address and Arguments"?

If you use the device ID in the USRP configuration utility, does it cause an error?

No errors, it just doesn't find any devices.
