GPIB 488.2 Driver

I downloaded NI-488.2 version 17.6 for Windows 10.  I unzipped it and completed the installation and restarted the PC.  There is no NationalInstruments.NI4882.dll. How can I get that DLL?  I need the DLL for a VB.NET application. THX

Usually, all DLLs needed for successful driver usage are included in the download. I found this article that details your question, and it states that the .NET Framework 4.5.1 Language Support also needs to be included in the installation. Here is a link to the article:
