Thanks for the information. We tried FW version C.9 and we still encountered the same problem when
our company security scan ran.
We are using 488.2M version 1.4 - is there something later that we should be giving a try?

When the GPIB-ENET fails, can you close the program and try running it again and does it communicate? Can you communicate to it from another machine?
As for the version 1.4 is the latest that supports the ENET.

We have confirmed that our enet/gpib boxes lock up when a security scan is conducted.
Our IT security group would like to discuss this matter with NI and the scan provider.
