i am having trouble to initialize the GPIB address according to the device specifications with the GPIB Initialization function on the GPib example on labview 5.1 and i can not get that program to work.

The addressing for the GPIB functions is as such:

That is, I have have an instrument at Primary Addres 2, secondary address 3, attached to my GPIB0, the address would be:
0:2+3
