GPIB NI-488.2 2.52 test fail

    I am using GPIB-USB-HS, MAX sees it and found all devices on the bus, but somehow the NI-488.2 Trouble Shooting test, I got NI-488.2 2.52 fail. Can some one tell me why this is happening? My PC is XP SP2.

Is your GPIB-USB-HS connected to your instrument(s) when you run the Troubleshooting Utility? If so, disconnect it from your instruments and try again.

    Thanks for reply. I just figured it out. I think it is all about the order how I installed the NI softwares. I just uninstalled the NI-488.2 and reinstalled it, the problem is gone.
