GPIB PCIe board

Gentlemen,

I am trying to design a PCI Express board in Multisim and Ultiboard but neither program has a PCIe board layout included. The guys on Electronic Workbench forum suggested posting over here in hopes your PCIe board was designed in Ulitboard. I would greatly appericate if you would share how you designed the PCB board for your PCIe boards.

Thanks,

Doug

Hi Doug,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Our board designs are considered proprietary information and are not available to the public.

It's a real shame I just wasted thousands of dollars on another NI product that doesn't work for the most basic tasks....This is the last time I ever purchase or use a NI product.

Hi Doug,

I'm sorry you feel that way. Keep in mind that the Circuit Design Suite has never been advertised to include NI proprietary designs. The software does give you the ability to draw your own PCIe board.

A feature request has been filed to include the template that could be implemented in future releases.
