GPIB timeout in the middle of operation ,rescan using MAX require to resume connection.HELP!

I am doing a automation of Wentworth silicon Prober AWP280X using LABVIEW. However, it seems like the GPIB will timeout itself in the MIDDLE of operation(write command into prober and read back coordinate of X AND Y). Then I have to go MAX to rescan the GPIB interface to resume the connection to proceed which is not practical.

I doubt if maybe there might be problem with GPIB setting issues where I fail to figure out by try and error.
The Attachment shows the GPIB setting.
