Don't know if this will help or not. I have had trouble with some
of the HP Power Supplies (I think the 6032 among them).
I found that if I did not use the error checking it worked much better.
These are kinda cranky you might check all the settings and make sure
you are using the correct protocol and looking for the right number of
bytes.
