You don't understand which instrument you are using and which GPIB controller? Neither of those questions are related to LabVIEW.

How can you possibly not know which instrument you are using? Is it inside some black box that hides the name and model number? That's just silly.

You should also be able to look at the GPIB controller that is connected to the instrument.

I don't think either of these questions need any further explanation.
