How can I connect a PC as listener or talker to a GPIB controller using GPIB-USB-HS?

I want to connect a PC as an instrument to a Tektronik tester using the GPIB interface. The tester acts as controller and the PC has to act as listener and talker. I want to use for this purpose the GPIB to USB external contriller GPIB-USB-HS. How I can do it?
