How can I control HP4339A by GPIB in Labview 6.1 using Win98?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to use HP4339A by GPIB in Labview 6.1 using Win98. But, I cannot read the data from the meter. I would like to know whether i still can control the HP4339A by GPIB in Laview 6.1?? In fact, i can send some commands to set the voltage (e.g. "SOUR:VOLT 10"....)  but i cannot and i do not know how to get the current from the GPIB?

It is very ugent and I am looking forwards to your reply!!!

You control the HP4339A with GPIB using LabVIEW 6.1 as you would any other instrument.

Find an instrument driver for it or get the programmer's manual for the instrument and use the commands it lists for queries.

There is a certified LabVIEW driver on the NI Instrument Driver Network: ni.com/idnet.  Just search for 4339.
