How do I access PCI-GPIB regs from WindowsXP app? (extended dual addressing)

Could be the migrane, but probably just old age.

I have written a WindowsXP application C/C++/CVI using a PCMCIA-GPIB card and register level programming to implement the Extended Dual Addressing Mode. Works great great! Customer wants to run it with PCI-GPIB card. Anyone have an easy way to access the device registers in PCI space without having to write a Windows kernal mode driver?
