What exactly is so confusing about "completely new to LabView?" Honestly, I would rather have help from the previous responder, LabView R&D engineer, so please refrain from "helping" me any further.
Being "completely new to LabVIEW" has nothing whatsoever to do with this.
You don't even understand the concept of reading a manual to understand how a piece of equipment works.
Knowing LabVIEW is not going to magically give you that piece of information. And that R&D engineer you so glowingly referred to you, also suggested that you read the manual.
to understand the ENGINEERING process of something similar to this.

What is wrong with you? No one requires you to respond to these messages. I mentioned the commands in a previous post so I am not sure why you think I didn't read the manual.

Hi, I'm working on a similar project to as you. I am trying to make LabView control a Uniblitz shutter. There are a few differences in what I'm doing, but I would love to know what you did that worked.
Thanks
