How do I get LabView to communicate with a Delcom USB ic/board?

Hi,

Is it possible to write a LabView program that will communicate with a Delcom USB micro ic (http://www.delcom-eng.com/productdetails.asp?productnum=802300)?

If so where should I start? Should I be using the VISA control or something else? Are there likely to be drivers already for this device available? If so where?

Any advice much appreciated.

There is this on Delcom's web site. It uses a dll though, so I don't know what you would do with a Mac.
