How do I include hp66xxa and hp662xa IVI instrument drivers in a CVI (7.0) distribution kit.

I have created a CVI (7.0) application that uses the hp66xxa and hp662xa IVI instrument drivers.  What do I need to do to create a distribution kit that includes these drivers?  Thanks!

Hello,

To include the .msi installers for your instrument drivers, you can follow the steps below in the Edit Installers dialog:

1. Navigate to the Files tab. Under Local Files and Directories, navigate to the location of your MSI file.
2. Press the Add File button which will add the MSI file to the location you selected in the Installation Files and Directories section of that dialog.
3. Right click on your MSI file entry in the Installation File and Diectory section. Select File Options.
4. Select Launch After Installation.

You will also need a "launcher".bat file. See the thread here for additional information. Hope this helps.
