Hello,
When I tried to install USB-GPIB interface on my computer it tells me that I have to un-install traditional nidaq, but I need traditional nidaq also.
Is there a way to have both installed and working? Is there a work around?
Please Help...Thank you

Can you copy the screen and attach the image? There should be no reason that the NI-488 driver cares anything about DAQ - traditional or otherwise. What version of NI-488 are you trying to trying install and what is your version of traditional DAQ?

Thank you for your reply Dennis,
When I went back to look at the message I think it wanted me to uninstall a legacy NI-488 driver so I went ahead and uninstalled it.
But it said Traditional NI-DAQ Legacy. I was unable to see my GPIB card with Max that is why I wanted to install the USB-GPIB.
After installing it now I am able to see both the GPIB card and the USB-GPIB interface. Must of had a bad driver I guess?
So now I'm going to run more test to make sure that Traditional NI-DAQ is still also working. But so far so good.
Thank, Darryl
