How should PXI-2503 Com 1-3 be terminated in 2-wire 24x1 Mux mode

I am using a PXI-2503 Mux in 2-wire 24x1 Mux mode. How should Com1 - Com3 lines be terminated? Should they be left open, grounded, or tied to Com0?
