The first thing you should check is if there is an Instrument Driver available for your instruments. You can find more information about Instrument Drivers here:

There are a list of the top ten most useful links including links on just what Instrument Drivers are, where to download them from, and how to use IVI Drivers in LabVIEW.
Once you have this downloaded and installed, then there is an excellent LabVIEW example program that will get you started on communicating with your various instruments. In LabVIEW, click on Help -> Find Examples... Select the Browse tab, then navigate to Hardware Input and Output -> GPIB -> LabVIEW<->GPIB.v
