How to disable runtime 7.1.1 installed during NI DAQmx 8 installation

Whenever I try to install NI DAQmx 8 and above, Runtime 7.1.1 is being installed.

As I have only Labview 7.1 and thus Application Builder 7.1,Runtime 7.1.1 is not desired.

How do I disable Runtime 7.1.1 installation during NI DAQmx?

Hello Master,

If you are building an executable with the Application Builder 7.1, it will work with the Run-Time Engine 7.1.1.   DAQmx 8.0 and beyond needs to install the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine 7.1.1.

Are you getting an error or is some of your applications not working as expected? LabVIEW 7.1.1 fixes a lot of previous problems that you may have encountered in LabVIEW 7.1.  This upgrade is free.
