Hi,everybody!

I need some help for mw work. Now i'm working with Hp4145B, semiconductor Parameter Analyzer which use GPIB-IEEE488 as the connector and LABview 8.5. But the problem is i can't initialize the GPIB-IEEE 488. Error number 0 always shown, everytime i ran the program. how to initialize it?

The driver is very old and unsupported but you could specify exactly which function is throwing the error. Also, what is the make and model of the GPIB controller you are using?

I would have assumed that you used Help> Find instrument Drivers instead of writing your own code. If you did, what function in the downloaded code is giving the error? If you didn't, why not? At least start with it.

You say your program gives an error but you did not attach your program.

and to be sure, error number 0 normally means no error.

So why do you think there is an errror?
