What have you tried and what exactly is your problem? I don't remember exactly the data type returned but you should be able to convert it to a waveform data type and use Export Waveforms to Spreadsheet File or even convert to dynamic data and use the Write to Measurement File.
There are a lot of shipping examples on file writes.
