How to transfer the data sampled by VX4240 with ViMoveIn16 in Labview6.1?

We are using a VX4240 waveform digitizer. But we don´t know how to transfer the data sampled by VX4240 to the computer with ViMoveIn16 in Labview6.1? Can anybody give us an example more detailed than in the NI-VISA user mannual? Thanks in advance.
