How to use the serial port LV6.1 (Err.37 Device not found W2000pro)

Upgrading from LV5 to LV6.1 I'm unable to use the serial port again (ex.Serial port init.vi, Error 37, device not found, W2000pro). Is there something I've forgotten ? . I'm not using Visa, just direct serial port functions. Many thanks for advices.
