I/O Trace to LabView code

Hi everyone.

I would like to know in your experience, wich is the most effective way of going from I/O Trace recorded data to LabView code.

I´m trying to use commands that I recorded with a VI but they don´t work at all. I´ve tryed with the Visa and GPIB subVI´s.

Has somebody done that?

Greetings.

Thanks so much for the answer, the article is very interesting but I think there was a misunderstood.

What I´m looking for is a way of "translate" instruction recordeds with NI I/O Trace into LabView code. Have you done something like that?

Thanks from now.

Regards.

Can you send a log to study what is possible? Including your vi's to try?

For sure.

Attached below, there is one of the files I´ve logged with I/O trace. The problem is that when I send the "EC" identification command, the instrument doesn´t answer until I send the command again.

PS: The PDF and I/O trace files are the same, just in case.

Thanks for everything.
