I can't find the port in other PC ??

while I change the VI from my PC to another, my program (read serial port by using visa) can't find the port, I push refresh but nothing happens despite the 'COM' is installed.

Did you install NI-VISA? What do you mean by COM is installed?

yes i have installed the NI visa, the com installed mean the virtual port exist in the peripheral manager and the driver of the device is installed

What's the version and what's the os? Other than checking to see that all services are running, I don't know what else to check.

You should know exactly which version it is.

Can you post an image of MAX that shows the com port?

Is anything at all shown in the LabVIEW VISA Resource Name control?

Check MAX to see what version of NI-VISA you have.
