I can't find the port in other PC ??
I resolve the problem 
I can read the port now it's all about the version of NI visa.
But now I'm communicating with a schneider PLC with serial port through visa (well configurated : baude rate, stop bits...) but nothing happen in 'read buffer' when the program is running !!!
