I have Agilent 8166A(Lightwave Multichannel Sys. I did not find GPIB drive for this Equipment.I also search this driver in the web but I still did not find them. Please help me and tell me how to download those drivers

You can go to the agilent website
http://www.agilent.com/cm/rdmfg/oct/downloads/pnp/index.shtml
and get the VXI PnP driver (this is DLL based).
If you have a driver for the 8163 it is very similar
and will give you a starting point.

The Agilent 8163, 8164 and 8166 uses the same driver and they come with the mainframe. If you didn't get the driver with the mainframe, call Agilent's T&M support and ask them to email it to you.

FYI, there is a bug in the LabVIEW driver that Agilent supplied.
