I couldn't find the model for this board using the part number or the serial number.

In any case, you can find all the available drivers for a given GPIB hardware and OS combination at:
http://www.ni.com/support/gpib/versions.htm

Given that this is an old board, you'll most likely find support for DOS.

Does the board show a model name?
