I install PCMCIA 485/2 card.After installation(Plug&Play) I have ports number 5, 6.After restart of computer I have ports number 2, 5.

Interesting problem. You can actually set the port number in the registry. When you go into regedit go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Enum\MF\CHILD000X\PCMCIA&NATIONAL_INSTRUMENTS-PCMCIA-485/2-XXXXXX.

Simply edit the following keys to the desired serial port:
-DeviceDesc
-FRIENDLYNAME
-PORTNAME
