*IDN? Problem with Lecroy LS 140

Dear all,

I got a problem with Lecroy LS 140. It does not recognize *IDN? with its own available vis. 

However, using  the Measurement and Automation Explorer, it can recognize *IDN?.

What's the possible problem?

What do you mean by "not recognized"? Also, what VIs are you referring to? Are you referring to the ones in IDNET? If you are, are you getting an error from the "Initialize" VI? Is it 1223? If so, switch to the block diagram and put a probe on the wire coming out of the "Receive Message" VI. Run it. What do you actually get?
