You can find the GPIB controllers here.
In order to communicate, you will have to have the instrument's programming manual and use the VISA Write and Read functions. One place to start is with the Instrument Control Fundamentals. There are also examples that come with LabVIEW. If you get an NI GPIB board, you will also have a utility program called Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). MAX will configure the board and there are utility programs that allow you to communicate to the instrument and test the commands and responses before you write any code.
p.s. You really, really don't want to post your email and phone number in a public forum. You are just opening yourself up to spammers and all questions are answered here - not through personal contact.
