I JUST BOUGHT USB-8502 CAN ONE CHANNEL. I HAVE PROBLEM TO INSTALL THE CAN SOFTWARE DRIVERS USB-8502.

THE COMPUTER CAN'T SEE THE SOFTWARE DRIVERS OF CAN USB-8502 IN NI MAX ICON

• Did you load NI-VISA prior to loading the CAN driver?
• Does your company disable USB ports?
