ISA BUS PROBLEM

I am using motherboard havind PCI to ISA bus bridge. On that ISA bus i am using ISA based card. And using LabView 8.5 and operating system windows XP.

Actually it was upgraded from LabView 4.0 and windows 98. My hardware and software both are functional on 98 but are not working properly with windows XP SP3 and LV 8.5.

Can anybody help me out

Hi Timmy,

I am sorry to hear that your hardware is not working on your new setup. Can you tell me a little more about what you mean by your hardware and software is not working properly? Is the PCI to ISA bus bridge a new thing for this setup? What hardware are you using that isn't working? Is any of the hardware showing up in Device Manager? What software is not working? A good first step is to make sure that you have the most up-to-date drivers installed. Can you tell me what drivers you have installed right now? Have a great day.

I am using Labview 8.5 and windows xp.. My hardware includes NI DIO card, NI GPIB card, ONCE card.

Everything is present in device manager and NI measurement n automation.. Drivers are all up to date..

My problem is solved by ntvdm and after that the only thing which was creating problem was a environmental variable missing in XP. Now this variable problem is also fixed..
