ISA GPIB-AT or TNT W2K Driver

I am upgrading an older pc running 95 to newer pc running W2K.  Is there a driver available for the old ISA GPIB-AT or GPIB-TNT cards available?

If not what PCI GPIB card would you recommend.

See http://www.ni.com/support/gpib/versions.htm. You probably need to contact NI to get the drivers, since 1.70 is not longer available online.
