Implementation of iblck for GPIB-ENET/100 with ESP-488

I am using the ESP-488 on VxWorks as the driver for communicating with my GPIB-ENET/100. I have multiple VxWorks systems that need to communicate simultaneously with the GPIB-ENET/100. However, the ESP-488 doesn't support the NI-488.2 function iblck. How can I achieve the functionality of iblck in ESP-488?
